A petition has been filed in the Punjab and Haryana High Court to bring the assets belongs to Shaheed Udham Singh like his revolver, knife, diary and other accessories from England to India. The High Court issued notice to the central government on a petition to call for an explanation. The petitioner told the court that the British government has refused to return the goods of Shaheed Udham Singh to India.
