Dhot or Dhoat or Dhote or Dhotey or Dhat or Dotey or Dote falls under 52 gotra (broad division) of Kamboj caste. Dhot or Dhoat or Dhote or Dhotey or Dhat or Dotey or Dote sub-caste alongside other Kamboj / Kamboh people belong to the group of Indo-Aryan peoples.
